The committee of the “Skeheenarinky Flower and Vegetable Show” are delighted to announce that plans are well underway for their first show which will be held on Saturday, 22 August. The venue for the event will be Skeheenarinky National School (by kind permission).
The show’s classes will include Flowers, Fruit and Vegetables, Flower Arrangements, Household (baking and preserves), Handicrafts, Children’s section etc.
Please note that this is a preliminary notice, so the date and venue are to be confirmed. There will be a further announcement next week when information on various classes and entry forms etc., become available.
There is already a great response to the planned show and you are encouraged to make plans and enter something in what will definitely be a fun event!
Proceeds from the event will go to the Alzheimer Society.
